Directions to the District Office

From I-75 South:

• Take 75 South to Exit 164 (Hardeman Ave.)
• After exiting go to 2nd traffic signal. Take a left onto Forsyth St.
• Take a right onto Spring Street.
• At the stop sign, take a left onto Hemlock Street.
• You will immediately see a six story parking deck on your right labeled as the Green Deck. Park here.
• When walking out of the parking deck, you will see the North Central Health District building directly across from you. The building brick and has “State Public Health” written across the top.
• If you have any problems finding the building, please call the receptionist at 478-751-6303.

From I-75 North:

• Take 75 North to Exit 164 (Hardeman Ave./Forsyth St.).
• After exiting, bear to your right onto Forsyth St.
• Follow steps 3-7 above.
